Lincoln is one of the longest standing Luxury Automotive brands in America. Founded by Henry Leyland, the founder of Cadillac, it aspired to be the greatest luxury car in the world. It has had its days. Perhaps the most iconic, were the Lincolns of the early 1960’s. In 2003 Lincoln Launched the Blackwood. A luxury truck that, at the time, defied our notions of a pickup truck. So much so, that we would be hard pressed to know the kind of person who might drive a Blackwood.
